Third time staying here and it was the first time we encountered a staff who might need to learn how to deal with guests in general.

Perfect stay

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Room was good with excellent AC, comfortable bed, excellent location close to the beach and decent size. Nice outside area to chill out or hang clothes was a welcome addition. Highly recommend!

Gracia's Inn is a warm place to stay, very welcoming and the staff will assist you of your needs.

We did not avail any meals in the property. Instead, we cooked in a kitchen from a nearby accommodation (related to gracia's inn owner) and shared the food back to the place where there's a spacious balcony. We liked the airconditioning, it was really cool and comfy staying in our room

We could have stayed until 12noon. But needed to check out by 11am

Our stay was great.

The property was clean on arrival. It had good Aircon and a nice hot shower. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful with everything. No complaints from us. we would definitely recommend staying there and good value for money and also being so close to the beach is great.

Thanks for the free room upgrade. If you are looking for a place esp. family trip this is one of the best I will recommend. Ate Grace is very helpful and accomodating. They also allow you to cook and place is near the public market so if you are on a budget or just simply prefer to eat housemade food in Boracay this is the place to go. Wifi is also very fast and reliable , so if you are doing work remotely this is one of the best as the place is very quiet and far from the usual party noise in Boracay and internet connection is really fast.

Only con, it is located in Station 3 and if you have heavy luggage you've got to carry them from tricycle stop at Faith Village and walk at the sand on Station 3 for 5mins or more . If you feel like it is a hassle , there are motorbikes you can rent from the port to get you directly to their place.

Very quiet so you can sleep comfortably. With facade where you can comfortably sit while drinking coffee in the morning. Just a few minutes from the beach. The beach near the property is not crowded unlike the other areas.

Defenetly great! The room is large, perfect to for families. Grace, the host is adorable. You have fridge, hot water every morning to prepare coffee, etc. The shower is comfortable it is at several steps from the beach....really really recommended !! Thank you and see you soon.
